Back from Birth is a 12 week online Postnatal Rehabilitation program, developed by i-fitness Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Our goal is to appropriately rehabilitate women post birth. After an initial assessment, which can be done as a home visit, in clinic or via zoom, the tailored program is emailed weekly to be undertaken conveniently anywhere  and anytime.

After consulting new mums to listen to what their biggest concerns were, and what was important to them moving forward we closely integrated these reflections into the program. Back From Birth has a wholistic approach, it covers aspects such as of pelvic floor activation, movement, stretching, as well as timely education and input from paediatric dietitians and psychologists.
