    Just a note to thank you for all your help in getting me back on track after my recent pacemaker surgery.
    I came to you lacking motivation to work on raising my fitness levels. During the time leading up to the surgery I was unable to do even the smallest of tasks without a great deal of effort. 
    After the surgery I found that I was still weak and unwilling to make the effort to work my way back to a sustainable level of exercise.
    You were incredibly patient with me; you never criticised my seeming lack of progress but worked towards finding out what I would be prepared to do. I was also impressed with theway you always took into account the workings of my pacemaker-making sure that I wasn't over extending myself.

  • As a full-time shift worker on a rotating roster, I have constantly struggled with committing to regular weekly fitness sessions. I-Fitness has allowed me the flexibility to tailor my appointments to suit my busy and variable schedule.
